Troubleshooting

"Save Search" is greyed out​

You need at least one valid, complete condition (field + operator + value) before you can save. Check that every condition row has all three.

My results look wrong​

  • Check whether you meant AND vs. OR between conditions — AND narrows, OR widens

  • Confirm you're searching the right table

  • A Contains search is case-insensitive but only matches substring — try Equals if you need an exact match

    I deleted a saved search by accident​

    Saved searches are permanently removed on deletion — there's no undo. Rebuild and re-save.

    An error banner appeared​

    A red banner above the results means the search failed to execute (usually a backend or network issue). Adjust your conditions and try again, or refresh the page if it persists.
